Art Share 2024 schedule is up!

GAJET is delighted to have a big group of artists and performers signed up. This will truly be a spectacular event this year!

Date: Saturday March 16th

Venue: Maebashi City Arts Brick Warehouse

Time: 14:00 - 17:30

Entry fee: ¥500

Please come support our local artists, photographers and musicians!

Let's celebrate the first day of spring with a bit of karaoke!

For this weeks RUFF we will be meeting at 7:30pm in the Red Lion for a bevvy or two, then at 8:45pm a party will be heading over to karaoke for anyone's who's up for a bit of a sing song.

Welcome to this year’s Art Share. An evening filled with;
Live music
Spoken word
Art
and creative expression

Art Share can only be made possible with our fabulous artists. So, artists: take your karaoke skills to the stage, or serenade viewers with your instrument of choice. Debut your new poem, or enchant admirers with your artwork. Painters, comedians, poets, sketchers, dancers, videographers, singers, musicians, writers, sculptors, photographers, magicians, designers—all are welcome and needed to make Art Share a success! Crawl out from under your kotatsu and into the callings of Spring.

Whether coming as a spectator or participant of the event, GAJET asks if you please sign up via the google form.

Art Share will be held at Maebashi’s Red-brick House for Culture and Arts, one of the coolest little gallery spaces in Gunma. It’s a beautiful old building that doesn’t allow food or drink inside. But we’ll keep it relaxed with plenty of chances for you to grab food and drink and socialize in the courtyard outside.

This event is open to the public so spread the word! If any of your friends or fellow staff are interested in seeing you or others perform, everyone is most welcome! Walk-ins on the day are welcome, if people have not signed up via google form, we will have physical forms at the door.

There is a ¥1000 cover to attend the event, ¥500 for participants displaying their art/work/music, payable at the door. GAJET is a non-profit organization, so this fee is only used to cover the cost of the venue and equipment. Thank you!
