OK. So I know that the deadline for contracts is in february, but when do we get the stuff sent out to us and when do we know if we are allowed to recontract?

what happened to the recent comments section? Was a good way to see whats been said and track blogs, instead of trauling through the blog list to find something. Just my two cents worth, but I found it useful.
