Application for Tokyo Orientation Assistants

The Application Forms for Tokyo Orientation Assistants (TOAs) are available on the homepage here:

The forms need to be typed in and submitted to CLAIR via the JET participant's supervisor and Host Prefecture/Designated City, which is the supervisor in the BOE of the Prefecture for Prefectural JETs and in the city/town/village etc for municipal JETs.

Only one outline form can be submitted for the CLAIR workshop, and it should be typed. the application form itself can either be typed or written in block letters.

Applicants do not need to submit anything for AJET workshops yet, just choose which ones that would be willing to present.

Please note that the format of the Orientation has changed so please read the guidelines carefully.
