Where to drink in Maebashi?

Hi All,

I've been living in Maebashi since January this year, can anyone recommend any good drinking places in Maebashi? and if anyone needs a drinking partner count me in!

Dicken's Inn

I like Dicken's Inn in central Maebashi (near KFC in the "entertainment district".) They have a lot of beer on tap and a good selection of alcohol. The food is good, but generally takes a while to come.

Izakayas

If ur into izakayas or Japanese style bars/restaurants, then there are plenty of them around the Maebashi Station.
I've been to a pretty good one introduced by Bahia actually called "En". It's near the south exit.
I know several nice bars as well. Dickens is good, if you like Irish bars.
I recommend Country Dog. It's a little cool, funky bar right by the north exit of Maebashi Station. The owner, Hanasan will even drink with you while he makes ur drink.

En (nagomiya)

En (nagomiya) is a really nice izakaya just out of the south exit of Maebashi station.

Go out the South exit. Cross the street at the light and go one block. Turn left at Belle Fille Women's Clinic. You should see it on the right. Go up the stairs and enjoy!
