Isesaki Address Help

Hello,

I'm trying to send in for my pension return, but I am missing an important piece of information: My BOE's address. If anyone is in Isesaki or if anyone else happens to know, I need the address for the Isesaki Municipal Board of Education and the address name. This is required for the paperwork for the return of my pension (they need the name and address of the employer).

Also, heads up to anyone leaving, you will need this info so grab it before you leave Japan!
