Tax Office

I was wondering if anyone knew where the tax office is in Fujioka; I need to turn in my Declaration of Naming a person for Tax Affairs.

I asked my supervisor if she knew and she said that last time she went was 5 years ago and doesn't remember how to get there.

If anyone can help, that'd be great.

Fujioka Tax Office

The Fujioka Tax Office is close to Ito Yokado. The offices are on the second floor of this building:

I just went there myself and the porcedure was pretty easy. I just handed them my form and they knew what to do from there.
