Essentially some people were doing pot and ecstasy and were arrested. There is no mention of them being foreign so they were probably Japanese, but keep in mind that even smoking pot means jail time in Japan, and for foreigners it would also mean deportation.

Yeah the brothers get busted every other year. Nothing new.
There is usually an underground gig organized through word of mouth, kinda small but better than nuffin'.

Man, this is bullshit. Moon parties are the only cool parties in Gunma! Even models from Men's Egg come... I went to a forest rave in Yamanashi and Gunma's are way better. Sabishii!!!!!!!!!
