Hello Everyone,

Brent here. I'm currently up to my elbows in trying to plan this year's Mid-Year Seminar. Currently we are re-evaluating various workshops. One of them that is facing the axe is on TESOL/Teaching Theory.

But why would such an important workshop which could shed much light on what we are doing be cut from the final list? Well, we're not sure how many ALTs out there can present on this. We're not looking for how to go about getting certified but rather for someone who can succinctly transmit this kind of information to ALTs and JTEs alike.

So, if you were an Education major, have a TESOL certificate, or filled to thie gills with this information (not from experience but from actually training) and would like to be a presenter in this years MYS, please get in touch with me. Likewise, if you think your JTE would be interested feel free to encourage them to get in touch with me.
