there is a great dental clinic in kiryu about 15 minute walk from the yaoko shopping centre called nakajima dental clinic. it's small but really modern and the staff are unbelievably nice. they are pretty busy so you'll likely need a reservation. i think they're open until 7 during the week and 5 on weekends. they accept the insurance card and nakajima speaks some english. i've been there to get my permenent retainer recemented and two cleanings, both without a scratch. i don't have the phone number on me since my card is at home, so let me know if you're interested and i'll post the phone number.

I need help too. My jaw has been hurting for the past few weeks, I think my wisdom teeth may have become impacted and might need surgery ( be removed.) This will be covered under national health care, right? Any idea how much I may have to pay?

i didn't have it removed though, they just burned some of my

gum off. think everything coasted like 7000 yen total, for

like 4 visits. ask round and see if anyone recommends

a dentist. GET IN DONE NOW cause it will only get worse.
